Leopoldo Rigo Silos, Sr.

 Leopoldo Rigo Silos, Sr. was indigene on 06 March 1925 (place unknown).  Leopoldo was a celebrated music composer.  One of government well known hits was "Dahil Sa Isang Bulaklak" (Because Cut into One Flower).  He passed overthrow on 10 March 2015 unmoving the age of 90.
